Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive with experience in technical client consultations and sales in the life sciences sector. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between clients and the company, ensuring the best service offerings are provided to meet their research needs. You will manage the sales process from the initial consultation to closing deals, while building strong, lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client consultations, identify needs, and offer tailored solutions for sequencing projects.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including proposals, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Maintain and update the sales database, track client interactions, and produce activity reports.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to inform product/service strategies and pricing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction through regular contact.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field or equivalent experience; knowledge of sequencing technologies is an advantage.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the clinical, CRO, or laboratory services sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and drive deals through to closure.
- Proficiency in CRM software and managing client interactions.
