We’re looking for an Operational Excellence Specialist working to driving process improvements across Operations, Development, and Quality. Using Lean Six Sigma principles, you’ll lead transformative projects that enhance efficiency and foster a culture of operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Improvement Projects: Spearhead initiatives focusing on process optimization, lean culture, and daily management systems.
• Drive Efficiency with IT Solutions: Utilize tools like Power BI, Python, PowerShell, Visual Basic, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power Automate to develop bespoke solutions.
• Mentor and Train: Deliver training sessions, such as Yellow & White Belt, 6S, and Gemba walks, while mentoring colleagues in process improvement methods.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with stakeholders to align projects with objectives and identify new improvement opportunities.

What You’ll Need:

• Educational Background: University degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Expertise: Certified Yellow Belt or higher, with hands-on experience in lean tools and Six Sigma methods.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, Python, PowerShell, Visual Basic, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
• Industry Experience: Proven project management skills within a business, scientific, or engineering environment.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English
