As a Subject Matter Expert, you will play a key role in packaging, closure integrity, shipping validation, and manufacturing technologies, contributing to the development and validation of processes that ensure product quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead closure and shipping validation projects to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Execute validation tasks and ensure documentation meets GMP, ISO13485, and 21CFR820 standards.
- Maintain closure and shipping processes in a validated state of control.
- Assess product quality impact when introducing new primary packaging solutions.
- Conduct technical investigations and support experimental studies.
- Provide support for various Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) projects.
- Develop project plans and budgets with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- Strong scientific background with experience in packaging and closure integrity within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology sector.
- Good understanding of GMP regulations and validation principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Fluent in English and French.
