Production Team Leader – Night Shift

Location: Oxford

Shift Pattern: 10 PM – 6 AM

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (£45,000 with shift bonus)

Our client, a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Production Team Leader to join their state-of-the-art GMP manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the production team in manufacturing sterile pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure the efficient operation of production equipment and adherence to SOPs, GMP regulations, and safety protocols.
• Supervise and support the preparation, labelling, packaging, and dispatch of sterile products.
• Maintain strict environmental monitoring and cleanroom standards.
• Assist in equipment validation, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
• Train and mentor production staff to ensure high performance and compliance.

What You Bring

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally within pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or life sciences.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and train a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Minimum GCSEs or equivalent qualifications.
