Medical Manager
Location: Baden-Württemberg
Working model: Hybrid - 3 days working from home per week
As a Medical Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the medical-scientific strategy, bridging the gap between healthcare practice, scientific research, and the organization. You will serve as a critical liaison for medical inquiries related to your assigned therapeutic areas and products, engaging both internal teams and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and the general public.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evidence Development: Contribute to the ongoing development of the evidence base for the company products and medical devices, ensuring that clinical data and research support product claims and therapeutic positioning.
- Collaboration with Digital Platforms: Work closely with marketing teams to enhance and develop content for digital specialist portals targeting healthcare professionals, ensuring accuracy and relevance in line with current clinical standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain scientific dialogue with key opinion leaders, including clinicians and researchers, particularly in areas such as sports medicine and geriatric medicine.
- Advisory Boards and Committees: Organize, prepare, and moderate advisory boards, expert panels, and other scientific committees, facilitating discussions that inform product strategy and clinical development.
- Scientific Analysis and Communication: Evaluate and interpret new research publications and clinical data, providing context and practical insights to internal teams and external audiences.
- Medical Education and Training: Develop and deliver tailored medical education programs and internal training sessions to ensure the effective communication of scientific and clinical knowledge across target groups.
Qualifications:
- A completed degree in Medicine (licensed physician, ideally with a doctorate).
- Experience working within a pharmaceutical company liaising within KOLs in Germany
- Structured, team-oriented, and goal-driven approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
