Job Title: IAM Business Analyst – Process Design & Application Onboarding

Department: Information Technology / Identity and Access Management

Location: Remote- Switzerland

Job Type: Full-Time (12-month Duration Minimum)

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support process design and application onboarding efforts within Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. This role involves aligning IAM solutions with business requirements and enhancing user experiences, particularly using SailPoint IIQ.

Key Responsibilities
Understanding and Analyzing Requirements:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine deliverable requirements.
  • Analyze current access control processes, user roles, and application integrations.
  • Translate business needs into system functionalities within SailPoint IIQ, ensuring compatibility.

Process Modeling and Design:

  • Introduce standard JML processes, access requests, and RBAC schemas to application owners during onboarding.
  • Collaborate with process and application owners to gather integration requirements.
  • Model and design application-specific processes (e.g., access requests, approvals, recertification).
  • Develop detailed workflow designs for IAM process automation in SailPoint IIQ.

Testing and Training:

  • Define testing requirements in collaboration with the test team for automated testing.
  • Create training materials (manuals, SOPs, instructions) and conduct sessions for stakeholders.
  • Involve QA and testing teams early in the requirements and during key implementation milestones.
  • Actively participate in UAT to ensure alignment with user needs.
  • Provide post-deployment support and address user concerns.

Reporting, Communication, and Collaboration:

  • Develop and maintain reporting for IAM projects.
  • Create communication materials for IAM services (emails, articles, SharePoint pages).
  • Work closely with service owners, process owners, and IT teams to share project updates.
  • Document decisions, milestones, and learnings for organizational reference.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with GxP processes.
  • Significant business analysis experience in IAM, particularly with SailPoint IIQ.
  • Proficiency in Office tools (e.g., Excel) and Power BI for reporting.
  • Expertise in process modeling, design, and translating requirements into IAM solutions.
  • Experience in UAT, training delivery, and user support.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
