​Mattias Fitzgerald is a Principal Consultant at BioTalent, specialising in Clinical Development, with a focus on Oncology and Immunology. Based in London, Mattias places senior-level professionals in roles such as Clinical Research Physicians, Medical Directors, and Chief Medical Officers.

With a background in contracting for an agency in Sydney, Mattias brings a global perspective to his recruitment efforts. He joined BioTalent in 2024 and is excited by the challenges and opportunities that come with the evolving Life Sciences sector. 

Outside of work, Mattias enjoys golfing (even if he’s not great at it), reading, and running. Fun fact: Mattias speaks three languages!
