Traci is the Senior Manager/Team Leader Process Automation Engineering for Pfizer in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Traci has responsibility for automation systems that support manufacturing in the drug product area and site wide responsibility for automation network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and automation compliance. With 29 years of engineering experience, she started in the steel industry as a software engineer then moved to Pfizer 21 years ago as an automation engineer. In addition, Traci led a Pfizer climate and engagement team for several years. Traci took her engineering core curriculum, majoring in Mechanical Engineering at Iowa State University and completed a Computer Science bachelor’s degree at Western Michigan University. She also holds a master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governor’s University.
