Patricia is currently an Associate Director with Pacira BioScience, Inc., leading the project engineering department and responsible for the site capital master plan and leading improvement programs such as reliability engineering, among others. She has 23 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing and project management in the Biotech industries and worked with top employees in the world such as Amgen, Genentech, BMS, Regeneron and now Pacira.
