Born in Puerto Rico, Jennie moved to the US to earn her Master's in Chemical Engineering. She's held roles as Manufacturing Site Head, Quality and Engineering Sr. Leader, and has served as a Chief Operations Officer in business and innovation. Jennie is currently the leader and AVP of Global Recruiting at Eli Lilly. An advocate for the Latinx community, Jennie is a strategic advisor for the board of the Organization of Latinx at Lilly and the executive leader of the Latinx Council at Lilly. She also served at the Board of Directors of Genesis Research in 2020-2021.
Her diverse background extends to dance and fitness, where she's worked as a backup dancer for renowned musicians, an NFL Cheerleader, and a fitness international instructor and presenter. As a mother of two, Jennie prioritizes creating memorable moments with her family, earning her the title of '2020 Working Mother of the Year'.
