Regional Account Manager – Rare Disease – France East

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Engage in impactful conversations with customers, create effective selling techniques and marketing strategies to create and expand demand for assigned brand(s).
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of key customers, including creating, maintaining an active customer database.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach and build strong relationships with key decision-makers and opinion leaders, to coordinate promotional programs within all promotional and regulatory.
  • Conduct field activities including lunch and learns, customer in-services, and other compliant customer interactions as part of promotional programs within all promotional and regulatory guidelines.
  • Exhibit strong collaboration and teamwork with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or biotech sales.
  • Existing relationships with key accounts within the assigned geography are beneficial.
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales goals and the ability to work proactively and independently.
  • Experience working closely with medical and other departments with the proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Proven ability to innovate, build, and expand business, working independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in French and professional English.
