BioTalent has teamed up with an market leading pharmaceutical contract research organisation on their search for a Process Engineer based in Limburg, Netherlands.

As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in scaling up chemical processes and supporting commercial cGMP manufacturing within the Manufacturing Department and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for drug discovery and development.

You will be responsible for:

• Configure equipment for chemical manufacturing processes
• Execute chemical processing and equipment cleaning following batch record instructions
• Perform sampling during process execution
• Coordinate the flow of raw materials and products to/from the warehouse
• Plan and oversee detailed execution of chemical processes
• Advise project teams on process scalability, equipment configuration, and EHS aspects
• Maintain accurate process records in compliance with Good Documentation Practice
• Contribute to internal improvement projects focusing on EHS and compliance initiatives

You will bring the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or chemistry
• Experience in fine-chemical processing
• Strong theoretical knowledge and practical expertise in chemical processing techniques
• Solid understanding of EHS regulations
• Proficiency in English
