Facilities manager

Job description

BioTalent has teamed up with dynamic and innovative clinical trails partner & supplier in Berlin on their search for a Facilities Manager. In this position you will be responsible for managing all technical aspects of the Berlin facility - you will ensure the smooth operation of the facility, maintaining high safety and compliance standards, as well as planning and coordinating maintenance, supporting site inspections, and working closely with various departments to ensure optimal facility performance.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor maintenance and renovation work
  • Ensure that equipment and facilities meet health and safety standards
  • Conduct room and equipment qualifications according to pharmaceutical regulations
  • Maintain detailed documentation and assist with site inspections by testing organisations and clients
  • Monitor and document resource consumption with a focus on cost efficiency
  • Handle small repairs and light administrative work related to facility management
  • Support operational tasks related to technical building management and maintenance

 

You will bring the following:

  • Vocational training in a relevant trade or comparable qualification
  • Proven experience as a Facility Manager
  • Experience in technical operations and building management/maintenance
  • You must have business level fluency in German & English
