​Matt Downs is a Senior Key Account Manager at BioTalent, working across the globe to help MedTech and BioPharm organisations build and grow. Specialising in quality and engineering recruitment, Matt focuses on roles from entry-level to Vice President across various sectors within life sciences. He partners with both established leaders and emerging innovators to meet their hiring goals and take their organisations to the next level.

Matt joined BioTalent in October 2023, bringing a personal passion for helping those affected by serious health conditions. He transitioned from industrial recruitment to life sciences after a meaningful conversation with a client about their family’s experience with scoliosis. Outside of work, Matt loves to travel, discover new music, and enjoy books and food. A fun fact about him? His uncle won the FA Cup with Coventry in 1987—though not all of that talent made its way down the family line!
