Jamie is the Manager for BioTalent’s East Coast MedTech team, specialising in permanent recruitment within the medical device and diagnostics sectors. Based in Boston, Jamie focuses on R&D, manufacturing, and operations roles, hiring senior engineers through to executive-level professionals. She works with a range of companies, from seed-stage start-ups to large corporates, to help build teams that drive innovation in the MedTech space.

Jamie’s journey into life sciences recruitment started in consulting and project staffing for manufacturing companies, which eventually led her to recruitment. She believes that good recruitment is about building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Jamie enjoys snowboarding, skydiving, cooking, and traveling. A fun fact: she used to be a journalist in Sarajevo, Bosnia, focusing on organized crime and corruption!
