Alex McGarel is the Director of Client Solutions for BioTalent in the US, where he leads the team helping Biotech, Biopharma, Medical Technology, and Medical Device companies attract niche talent.

With over 12 years of experience in the staffing industry, Alex has built diverse, industry-leading teams and is passionate about helping companies grow from seed stage to publicly traded organisations. He joined BioTalent in December 2023 and specializes in placing C-suite executives, VP-level leaders, and Board Members.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys running marathons, spending time with his daughters, and staying active with the Red Bank Run Club. Fun fact: His daughter went viral on TikTok with over 8 million views (even though she’s only 3)!
