Our client, a large, globally recognised Fortune 500 company specialising in dental and medical supplies, has a significant national presence. Despite their vast resources and reach, they faced a significant challenge in filling two critical positions: Director of Quality and Quality Control (QC) Supervisor. These roles had remained open for almost a year, largely due to difficulties in finding candidates who not only met the technical requirements but also aligned with the company’s culture and team dynamics.
