I am currently seeking a QA Coordinator to join a Laboratory Diagnostics organisation based in London. You will be instrumental in maintaining the quality and efficiency of operations with responsibilities including coordinating and implementing quality assurance activities, evaluating processes, and identifying areas for improvement.

You will work closely with various departments, develop and uphold quality standards, policies, and procedures and additionally, conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with ISO 15189 standards and UKAS regulations
• Monitor and update regulatory and accreditation requirements
• Implement and maintain the quality management system, including document control and policy development
• Conduct internal audits and oversee corrective and preventive actions
• Assist in equipment management, risk assessment, and supply chain oversight

You will bring the following:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare management or quality assurance
• Proven experience in quality assurance within the hospital and healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including ISO 15189 and UKAS
