Laboratory Technician - QC Technician

We're supporting a global pharmaceutical organisation that are looking to bring in QC Lab Technicians to support the production of oncology drugs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct QC chemical and physical tests on materials and products, review results, and document data using systems like LIMS.
• Mentor team members, oversee training, manage supervisory duties, and lead investigations to address and correct data discrepancies.
• Operate and manage advanced laboratory equipment and systems, ensure equipment maintenance, and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintain knowledge of quality systems, and engage in cross-functional teams for product and process enhancements.

Requirements:

• Completed training as a CTA, chemical laboratory assistant or gained a comparable qualification.
• Very good German and good English skills.
