Director of Commercial Operations (m/w/d)
Your Role:
- Lead the development and execution of innovative strategies in Business Intelligence & Commercial Analytics, Market Access & Pricing, Customer Service, CRM, and tender management.
- Plan, manage, and control workflows across business processes.
- Identify areas for process enhancement, establishing scalable workflows as benchmarks for improvement.
- Provide results-oriented leadership and development for your team members.
- Optimize data and reporting structures, overseeing KPI management and tracking.
- Offer strategic and tactical guidance for affiliate annual planning, with global responsibility for planning and forecasting cycles.
- Evaluate and present business cases and cost/benefit analyses to drive informed decision-making.
- Develop and optimize pricing strategies to maximize sales revenue, including launch prices, reference pricing, and discount management.
- Collaborate with global marketing and digital teams to implement technologies enhancing customer experience and internal efficiency.
- Establish effective system processes, methodologies, and metrics, utilizing technology and data to inform stakeholders and track performance.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Over 8 years of management/leadership experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry (experience with generics is desirable).
- Strategic and innovative thinker with a hands-on operational approach, capable of challenging established norms and procedures.
- Strong project management skills, adept at prioritization and transforming ambiguity into actionable plans.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, driven by results and accountability.
- Proficient in metrics and analysis, with expertise in spreadsheet and dashboard utilization for decision-making.
- Ability to construct compelling business cases through structured analysis of various factors, including volume, value, risk, and stakeholder management.
- Commercially astute with a customer-centric focus, adaptable to market dynamics and internal shifts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to engage with diverse stakeholders across all organizational levels.
