BioTalent has partnered up with a Consultancy that focus on delivering projects within the Pharmaceutical and Life Science industry who are on their search for a Senior Health and Safety Advisor based in Munich.

As a Senior Health and Safety Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing best practices, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement in health and safety standards with the consultancies life science clients.

You will be responsible for:

• Assist in the consistent rollout of company strategy and expectations within SOPs and guidance
• Conduct thorough safety inspections and risk reviews as per company guidelines.
• Lead accident and incident investigations, liaising with enforcement authorities when necessary
• Tailor management systems to meet bespoke client requirements
• Provide guidance and support in tender and prequalification submissions
• Coach and mentor staff at all levels in health and safety standards
• Implement and promote the use of the management system
• Foster innovation for enhanced safety performance
• Deliver effective training programs
• Share knowledge and advice on environmental management

You will bring the following:

• CMIOSH or Grad IOSH certification
• NEBOSH Construction Diploma or equivalent
• NVQ Level 4 / EFQ L5 on Occupational Health and Safety or Equivalent
• Minimum 8 years in the construction industry - advantageous if this has been focussed on life science
• Must be fluent in German
• Solid experience within the Munich region
